You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items & custom made items (eg. custom made watch band / made to order items). Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 7-day return period. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

Please notice: Watches that are taken into shower, bathtub, hot tub or any other not natural base are excluded from return or refund. They can be returned for repair but shipping fee and repair costs will be charged.

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-3 business days. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect a 5-7 business day delivery time. Our shop will not be held responsible/reliable for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or delayed shipments (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload etc.). Please note that import taxes or others (VAT, custom clearance etc.) might be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and it is on your responsibility (feel free to contact us for any questions).
